To use Guide bands, attach one of the color matching sets onto the roller. Distance Depends on the amount of fondant you will be rolling. The bands can be moved closer together if rolling smaller amounts. You may sprinkle the roller or rolling surface with confectioners’ sugar or Cornstarch.
